



Contemplation is not overthinking. Overthinking is simply thinking about something over and over without a systematic process to find a solution that makes you peaceful. Overthinking could make you stressed or anxious. Contemplation makes you peaceful.

This is a weight I have been carrying for more than 10 years. I always overthought it, through Contemplate it was so simple to let go.
Helped me overcome a pattern I was stuck on, and the ability to think for myself and gain clarity gave me power back in my own hands. So thank you!

Right out of the gate I was forced to look in the mirror, so we are off to a good start. Already this course is having an impact.
