The true test of mind fitness is not inside Mindsphere. It is what happens when you return home. That is why parts of the Mindsphere recreate everyday environments — a bedroom, a dining table, a living room, an office.
You will think through conversations before having them. Reflect on decisions before making them. Practise responding differently to situations that normally trigger stress, conflict, guilt, or overthinking — so these skills feel familiar in the places where you will actually use them.
