Our Story

Born from 20 Years of Practice

Contemplate was born from our founder's personal Contemplation practice for over 20 years. He observed that despite having access to more resources than ever, people are struggling with mental clarity and inner peace.

There is no simple, clear framework for mind fitness. Physical fitness has reached great heights, but mind fitness hasn't even begun.

He developed a systematic framework for mind fitness that helps you think more clearly and live more peacefully. The Contemplate framework is simple and practical. You apply it in all areas of your life - Love, Work, Parenting, Finances, Health, and more.

Our Approach

Unlike Traditional Meditation or Therapy

Contemplate focuses on building mind fitness — the capacity to respond to life's challenges with clarity rather than react from stress, keeping peace of mind as your final filter, and not short-term happiness.

You can learn mind fitness on your own (self paced) or with the help of our certified coaches, if you prefer an accountability and community based learning approach.
