This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all training programs, courses, and services offered by Contemplate Wellness LLP ("Contemplate", "we", "us", or "our") through our platform at contemplate.life.

1. Subscription and Program Purchases

All purchases for our training programs and subscriptions are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program details and agree to these terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for new program enrollments. To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • You must not have completed more than 20% of the program content
  • The refund request must be submitted via email to support@contemplate.life

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Programs purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Programs where more than 20% of content has been accessed
  • Certification fees and examination costs
  • One-on-one coaching sessions that have already been conducted
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@contemplate.life with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the account
  • Order/transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
