From looping to resolving.
Hope is not a strategy. Training is. Here's what your first weeks look like — and what you do each day.

Your first weeks
Four steps. One habit.
You don't need any meditation experience. You need a real question, a coach and a little time each day.
Know where your mind stands.
Start with the free Mind Fitness Score — eight questions, two minutes. It's your baseline, the way you'd weigh yourself before training.
Your coach builds your plan — with you.
After you join, your coach reaches out on WhatsApp, learns what's on your mind, and shapes a training plan around the areas of life that matter to you now.
Bring a real decision to the Adioscope.
The job offer. The conversation you keep replaying. Work it through with a principle like the Twin Voices until you hear which choice brings you peace.
Train a little, every day.
15–30 minutes of contemplation and exercises built into your day. Your coach keeps you honest. Over time you build your own inner counsellor.
A day of training
15–30 minutes, built into your routine.
Much of the practice fits into things you already do — walking, commuting, your morning coffee. Consistency matters far more than duration.
What you train with
A coach, the tools, the whole method.
Everything is included in every plan, on the Contemplate web platform and on WhatsApp.
A mind-fitness coach who messages you — on WhatsApp.
Your coach reaches out, builds your training plan with you, and helps you apply it to the situation you're actually in this week.

Your private decision journal.
Bring a real question. Guided prompts and the principles walk you to your own answer. It doesn't tell you what to do — only you know what will make you more peaceful.
Which voice brings you more peace?
How the Adioscope works →Life, as an equation.
Make each area fulfilling, meaningful and peaceful — so progress in one doesn't cost you another.
16 mind fitness principles, contemplation practice and exercises.
Learn at your pace on the Contemplate web platform: 15–30 minutes a day, built into your routine. Exercises for speech, breathing, walking, stillness and more.
Questions
Before you begin.
Is Contemplate therapy?
No. Contemplate is for people who are well but unclear. If you're dealing with a mental-health condition, please see a qualified professional — we'll tell you honestly if that's the better path. If you're in therapy, Contemplate works alongside it.
Can it help with a decision I'm stuck on?
That is what it is built for. Bring the real question (a job offer, a relationship, a conversation you keep replaying) to the Adioscope, your private decision journal. Guided prompts and the principles help you hear which choice brings you more peace, and your coach helps you apply it. It never decides for you.
How does the WhatsApp coach work?
After you join, your coach, Tarun Gulati, the founder, messages you on WhatsApp, helps you build your training plan and works through it with you as real situations come up. Messages are unlimited, and your coach replies within 24 hours.
How much time does it take?
About 15–30 minutes of daily practice, built into your existing routine.
Is my Adioscope private?
Yes. Your Adioscope is private. No one, not even your coach, reads it. AI reads it only if you turn that on. The Adioscope isn't AI telling you what to do; it helps you find your own answer.
Who is my coach?
Today, every member works directly with Tarun Gulati, the founder of Contemplate. As we grow, every new coach is trained and certified by him. Your coach replies within 24 hours.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Where do I use Contemplate?
Contemplate is a web platform: it runs in the browser on your phone or computer, and your coach is on WhatsApp. There is nothing to download.

Hope is not a strategy. Training is.
Become a more peaceful partner, parent and professional — starting this week, with a coach beside you.
