If selected, start the certification training for 6 months.
Go through the training, read the book thoroughly, submit your assignments, run your trial cohorts, and complete other necessary certification exercises and coursework.
Get your certification.
Start running your own Contemplate training sessions for your students.
Attend ongoing coach development sessions to continue to deepen your own Contemplation practice, discuss your coaching experience and improve constantly as a coach.

The certification will be valid for one year and will need to be renewed at the end of one year. The renewal will be based on completing a short renewal program and your general conduct as a Contemplate Mind Fitness Coach during the year.
