Bring Mind Fitness Into the Heart of Learning
A structured, multi-year mind fitness curriculum designed specifically for schools, universities, and other academic institutions.
Today's educational systems teach students about the world — facts, figures, formulas, concepts — but almost never about the self.
As a result, students often navigate adolescence and early adulthood without internal clarity, resilience, and the ability to make choices that promote long-term peace of mind.
Contemplate for Students aims to change that by embedding a systematic mind fitness training — based on Contemplation and applied clarity of thought — into the school and university curriculum.
Vision: Every student should graduate not only academically capable — but internally clear, peaceful, and self-aware.
A detailed weekly curriculum mapped to the academic year.
Foundational tools to think clearly and make peaceful decisions.
Structured self-reflection using a practice of Contemplation to strengthen inner clarity.
A decision-making journal to help students make real-life decisions — personal and professional — thoughtfully, using peace of mind as their filter.
Long-term life planning to make each life area more meaningful, fulfilling, and peaceful.
Breathing, walking, stillness, awareness, and speech regulation practices.
Students meet once a week in an online group meeting with a certified Contemplate mind fitness coach for guided practice sessions throughout the year.
To successfully integrate this curriculum, institutions have two flexible models to choose from.
Institutions can train existing teachers and staff as Certified Contemplate Mind Fitness Coaches. These coaches will be equipped to lead weekly sessions, support students' reflective work, and review outcomes.
Alternatively, institutions may choose to partner with Contemplate and bring experienced Contemplate coaches to run sessions directly.
Both models ensure quality and consistency in delivery.
Every enrolled student will receive:
For lessons, tools, and guided Contemplation.
Curated videos, audios, workbooks, and exercises.
The book "Is Your Mind Your Friend?" by Tarun Gulati, Founder of Contemplate.
Supported by certified Contemplate coaches who guide the application of principles in real life.
Graduates of this program will:
Think with clarity in general, and especially under pressure
Make decisions that feel peaceful long-term
Make better and clearer decisions about their future study and career
Reduce overthinking, stress, and impulsive reactivity
Strengthen internal focus away from external validation
Build a life-long habit of Contemplation and self-awareness
You want to make your students future ready. Only training them in AI tools isn't enough.
When AI starts to execute most tasks, what would your students be hired for? To think critically. To contemplate.
A common reason to not get or retain a job will be — AI does most of the work. If you can't even think clearly and deeply, what should I pay you for?
Equip your students with a sharp, focused mind that can think deeply in an AI-native future world — so they are not replaced by AI, but use it as a tool for progress.
